CONDENSED FORECLOSURE LIST
- As a Team Member, you will receive a “Condensed Foreclosure List” every evening. This list is a quick scan of properties scheduled for auction with highlighted areas indicating possible equity based on preliminary comps, assessed value, and opening bids.
DAILY HOT PICKS
- As a Team Member, you will also receive a follow up list every evening called the“DAILY HOT PICKS” list. We spend additional time analyzing and scrubbing the properties from our “CONDENSED FORECLOSURE LIST” to determine the best overall opportunities for our team members. We evaluate these properties based on location, neighborhood conditions, and we even run current pending and high and low sold comps from the Multiple Listing Service. So the majority of the properties that make it to the DAILY HOT PICKS list include a more accurate estimated value. *
